What it does

We have job boards but we don't have the opposite. This is that opposite! For workers: Submit your name, email, a short description, and your resume. Your posting stays active for 30 days. Renew it if you're still looking for work! For employers: Browse the list, refine your search with filters and reach out directly.

Jobs by Referral: Find jobs in your LinkedIn network2025 · jobsbyreferral.com · ▲174

I have some friends who were laid off and are on the job hunt. We were all quite surprised to learn that LinkedIn does not have a "view jobs only at companies where I have connections", so I built https://jobsbyreferral.com/ It's powered by https://rapidapi.com/letscrape-6bRBa3QguO5/api/jsearch, which is a little pricey, so I'm trying to decide whether to put more effort into the project (I'd have to charge _something_ to offset the costs).

Hello everyone, I got laid off last year and during the job hunt, I kept running into ghost jobs, these listings that never lead anywhere. Super frustrating. After some point, I started tracking company behavior across job boards. It snowballed into a little web app where you can actually see how companies are hiring — or pretending to. With social media and now AI, its important to keep the indie web alive. There are many people who write frequently. Blogosphere tries to highlight them by fetching the recent posts from personal blogs across many categories. There are two versions: Minimal (HN-inspired, fast, static): https://text.blogosphere.app/ Non-minimal: https://blogosphere.app/ If you don't find your blog (or your favorite ones), please add them. I will review and approve it.
