What it does
Lock-in keeps you in peak flow. It uses context-aware nudges and adaptive micro-breaks to optimize your attention, so you accomplish more without burning out.
Lock-in tracks real work, spots tab hops or idle stalls, then nudges you before 3 seconds become 30 minutes. When focus dips, Lock-in suggests quick science-backed resets like water break or sixty-second stretch to revive attention. End each session with a clear report: focus score, distractions, recovery time, plus simple tips for nextfrom lock-in.ai
