At first I thought these workouts looked easy and it would be no big deal but boy was I shocked to feel so many muscles I have NEVER felt before being pushed to the limit. When doing the squats- It felt as difficult as squatting a bunch of weight at the gym. Will be canceling my gym membership after trying this app. 3 minutes a day to see results- does it get much better?? Definitely give Logic a shot to whip you into shape.   I saw this [0] pretty cool thread by user revskill, and wanted a quicker way to search through it, but also to keep them all in one place so I can read them at my leisure whenever I get time. Right now is like 60 lines of Ruby using Nokogiri, but I will certainly look into it further down the line and improve the list.
