LogMint
Hi everyone, I’ve been working on a small developer tool on the side for the last few months, and I wanted to share what I built and also what I learned in the process. I maintain a few small SaaS apps, and I’ve always felt that the existing monitoring tools were too noisy, too expensive, or too heavy for small teams. I didn’t need dozens of dashboards and hundreds of metrics — I just wanted logs, metrics, alerts, and audit logs in one lightweight place, ideally something SDK-based. That led me to build a tiny Datadog-like tool that I’m calling LogMint. What LogMint handles 1. Application…

Talanoa▲346Hi HN, I’m a fullstack developer, and honestly, I’ve lost count of how many side projects I’ve worked on over the years. Community, All the HN belong to you. This is an archive of hacker news that fits in your browser. When I made HN Made of Primes I realized I could probably do this offline sqlite/wasm thing with the whole GBs of archive. The whole dataset. So I tried it, and this is it. Have Hacker News on your device. Go to this repo (https://github.com/DOSAYGO-STUDIO/HackerBook): you can download it. Big Query -> ETL -> npx serve docs - that's it. 20 years of HN arguments and beauty, can be yours forever. So they'll never die. Ever. It's the unkillable static archive of HN and it's…
