What it does

MailToDock is a Chrome extension that helps you turn emails into clear, actionable to-dos. Open an email in Gmail, click generate, and AI will suggest task candidates with titles, notes, due dates, priority, and subtasks. Review them, edit if needed, and add them directly to Google Tasks — without leaving Gmail. Built for busy founders, operators, freelancers, and anyone who lives in their inbox.

MailToDock uses AI to turn Gmail emails into manageable Google Tasks. One click generates tasks so you can keep work moving inside your inbox.

Open an email, click once, and AI turns it into manageable Google Tasks. Shorten the hero line, align pricing copy, and reply with the updated teaser text. The next task is already in Gmail, but you still have to read through the message. Titles, notes, due dates, and lists still need to be typed into Google Tasks. Later, you go back to the original email just to remember why the task exists. One click creates a structured Google Tasks item from the email.
