بيت بت مكاني منصة تقنية عقارية موجهة لأسواق الخليج لإدارة العقارات: إدارة الممتلكات، بوابة المستأجرين، متابعة العقود، الفوترة الآلية، إدارة الصيانة والمرافق، والتحليلات باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.

يدير مكاني العمليات العقارية من طرف إلى طرف: بوابات للشركة والمستأجر والمالك، مع العقود وتحصيل الإيجار والصيانة والأصول والمصروفات وتقارير جاهزة.

العقود والإيجار والصيانة والمصروفات وتقارير المالكين في نظام واحد، لفريقك ومستأجريك ومالكيك. الفوترة والتذكير والمتابعة تعود كل شهر. النظام يؤديها بدل فريقك. اثنتا عشرة مساحة من التشغيل في نظام واحد، دون أداة ثانية للمطابقة. يوم فوترتك ومدة التحضير ونافذة التذكير، قبل موعد السداد وبعده. لا ينشر مكاني أي مؤشرات لعملائه. تحصيلك وإشغالك ونشاطك لا تظهر إلا داخل لوحتك. يسأل المالك من اعتمد هذا، ويسأل المراجع متى حدث. الجواب مسجَّل مسبقًا. تحدد ما يراه كل موظف وما يفعله، من عقار واحد إلى المحفظة كاملة. رموز لمرة واحدة ومفاتيح مرور. لا شيء يُسرَّب ولا شيء يُستعاد. المدفوعات والاعتمادات وتغييرات التذاكر وتعديلات العقود تُحفظ بسجل تعرضه على أي مراجع. عملتك وتقويم فوترتك وطرق الدفع التي تقبلها…from makani.beitbit.com
