MatchUp launched on May 20, 2020 with 22 votes, #1,002 of 4,813 launches that month and more than 50% of that year's launches. The site was still online in September 2026, 6 years on.
What it does
This is an early MVP product idea I launched almost 3 years ago. The goal is to create a platform for athletes of any level to find more opportunities to play the sports they want to play—including pickup games, tournaments, and leagues.
MatchUp makes it easy to run recreational sports leagues — scheduling, standings, team pages, and more.
