Visit site ↗Alternativestop 1% of June 2026

What it does

MediaSeg is a local macOS utility that splits large media files into upload-ready chunks for practical, size-limited workflows. It is useful for NotebookLM-style uploads and similar destinations, and now officially supports MP4, WEBM, and MOV, with M4A, MP3, and WAV available as experimental support. Recent updates also added theme and language support.

Today, I’m proud to announce Homebrew 6.0.0. The most significant changes since 5.1.0 are a new tap trust security mechanism, the new faster, smaller, default internal Homebrew JSON API, sandboxing on Linux, better defaults informed by our user survey, many brew bundle improvements, improved performance and initial support for macOS 27 (Golden Gate). Happy to discuss any questions here!
