I’ve always heard people say that meditating will help with the way that you feel and I just never got around to doing it. I looked online and did some research to find an app that does not require a subscription. Multiple places said this was the app and they did not disappoint. All it takes is a leap of faith and truly giving it your all. I was going to have a panic attack when I downloaded this app and tried the very first three minute daily meditation. I was sitting in my bathroom right at the edge of a panic attack and after the three minute session, my panic was gone and I felt relaxed.
