What it does

MetaScope is a native macOS app for photographers, archivists, and image-heavy workflows that need precise control over EXIF, IPTC, and XMP metadata. Edit, search, copy, clean, enrich, and export metadata across 50+ file formats including RAW. Built for batch work, controlled vocabularies, keyword workflows, document exports, and privacy-first local processing.
