AI workspace for focused work and modern teams
Mindmesh launched on May 14, 2026 with 3 votes, #3,449 of 20,538 launches that month and more than 50% of that year's launches.
What it does
MindMesh brings emails, calendars, tasks, and workflows into one focused workspace designed to reduce information overload. Instead of constantly switching between tabs, meetings, and notifications, MindMesh helps teams stay organized with AI-powered summaries, upcoming events, and daily context in one place.
Purpose-built for the modern professional. Connect your apps, see what needs attention, act with approval.
MindMesh connects your apps, ranks what needs your attention right now, and helps you act with approval. Built for the teams who ship first: PMs, engineers, and product builders. Every connected source keeps feeding one growing memory, quietly and in order. Connect Gmail, Slack, Jira, calendars, and more. MindMesh reads them as sources without replacing your tools. A ranked Attention Board shows what is Now, Later Today, and Quietly Handled, with clear why-now reasons. Prepare the reply, block the time, and stage the task update. You approve before anything sends or writes. Depth pages for the layers behind connect, prioritize, and execute. Bring Gmail, Slack, Jira, calendars, and more into…from mindmesh.global

We were always frustrated by the little effort made towards building agentic models that run on budget phones, so we conducted investigations that led to an observation: agentic experiences are built upon tool calling, and massive models are overkill for it. Tool calling is fundamentally retrieval-and-assembly (match query to tool name, extract argument values, emit JSON), not reasoning. Cross-attention…
