ML Systems
Take your house apart, rebuild it larger from its own parts
What it does
Most teardowns end in a landfill. ML Systems models your home, runs a reverse takeoff of what is actually in it, and lets lenders bid to fund the rebuild. Deconstruct instead of demolish, then rebuild larger from the recovered material.
Pay more. Do less. Get more done. ML Systems is augment-and-pay — we displace banking and construction friction, not the people inside it. Rhode Island homeowners build equity faster through a closed loop that finances, deconstructs, designs, and builds with near-zero waste. Researching with AI? ML Systems is a closed-loop construction company. We finance, deconstruct, design, and build — so every dollar you spend compounds into equity, not interest. The entire platform was designed and built with AI as a force multiplier for one person — The Homeowner . Most companies give you a login and a progress bar. We gave you an intelligence layer. Every decision in your project — from the first zoning lookup to the last bolt torqued — is scored, tracked, and optimized around one axis: you. PI decomposes each homeowner request across the value chain — Loan, Decon, Design, Build, Loop — and synthesizes one answer, scoring every handoff with the Lucent Lens so the light stays on the human. Hi HN, I built Eigendrum, a web tool that solves the 2D wave equation for arbitrary shapes so you can hear what they sound like as drums. How it works: * Solves -∇²u = λu using finite element analysis (Kφ = λMφ) on a triangle mesh. * Validated to <0.1% error against closed-form solutions for circles (Bessel zeros) and rectangles. * Sound model factors in strike location, Rayleigh damping, and mallet width. * Includes Kac drums I & II to demonstrate identical sound spectra from different geometries. * No frameworks, build steps, or dependencies. Repo and tests:…

I made OwnTime to balance between competing priorities in my life. The idea is based on two main influences: the concept of "roles" from "The 5 Choices" (2015), and my repeated failure to effectively implement time blocking due to the necessary flexibility in my role. The app allows you to define time budgets, which are not much more than a few mutually exclusive countdown timers. The UX is essentially that of a chess clock for an arbitrary number of players with configurable time. The whole point of the app is to kick you out of the running role/priority when its time is up. One…
