What it does
I am a software engineer that is deep in fitness and was frustrated having to install few different apps to track macros, trainings, etc.. Especially most of the apps out there are mainly behind paywalls which I understand. I decided to make one myself tailored to my needs and to publish it. In current form app has no paywal and no extra paid features, everything in the app is free to use. App offers: - workout tracking - macros tracking - workout plans - recipes - analytics - achievements etc..

Hello HN, I wanted a simple app to track my fitness progress. Every fitness tracker in the AppStore had too many features for my liking so I made fit-stitch (Free, iOS). It allows you to take snapshots and attach a weight and date to each one. When you've made some progress you can create a before and after picture with a few taps. I trained a 125M-parameter transformer to autocomplete piano performances in real time (~108 notes/sec on an iPhone 15). The idea is basically GitHub Copilot or Tabnine, except instead of prompting it with code, you prompt it by playing a few notes on a MIDI piano. The model then continues what you played, entirely on-device. The app is free if anyone wants to try it.
