A habit tracker that swaps streaks for weekly targets. Pick a goal like 4 out of 7 days, and just hit it most weeks. Take a day off, you're not starting over. Monday resets everything. No streak counters. No guilt mechanics. Rest days are part of the design. Research (Lally, 2010) found occasional rest days don't hurt habit formation. Consistency over months beats daily perfection.
