NoctAds is a privacy-first advertising network. Advertisers pay in crypto (BTC, ETH, XMR) with no KYC. Publishers stake collateral on-chain against fraud. AI matching runs on local models — campaign data never leaves our infrastructure. No user profiles. No tracking scripts.
