NOT ACCESS is a client-side, zero-server offline password vault built as an installable PWA. Using AES-256-GCM via the native Web Crypto API, your data remains fully encrypted inside your local IndexedDB sandbox. 100% telemetry-free and open-source.

Create a strong Master Password. This offline instance utilizes AES-256-GCM encryption. There is no password reset. This 32-character key is cryptographically bound to your vault. If you lose your Master Password, this is the only way to decrypt your data. Export an encrypted, signed backup. Requires Master Password or Recovery Key to restore. Regenerate recovery key. This permanently invalidates the old key. NOT ACCESS is a decentralized, strictly client-side Progressive Web Application designed for absolute security.
