OKR by ALLO

What it does

Welcome to the next generation of goal setting and tracking – with ALLO OKR. Crafted to align company goals from macro to micro, it's a seamless bridge that aligns everyone's key goals across all organizational levels.

Connect objectives and key results to the projects and canvases doing the work. See the evidence behind progress instead of another percentage alone.

ALLO connects objectives and key results to the projects and canvases delivering them, so a progress update can lead directly to the work, not another paragraph written for the meeting. A goal in a separate spreadsheet or performance tool is easy to forget during the week. In ALLO, the goal remains connected to the project it is meant to guide. Most OKR tools show the percentage. ALLO lets you open the evidence behind it. Each key result can connect to one or more Projects or Canvases, and the link works both ways. From the goal, open the related project materials. From the Canvas, see which goal they support. Direction and execution no longer need separate decks to explain how they relate.…from allo.io

LLMs can generate valid JSON 100% of the time▲854

Outlines is a Python library that focuses on text generation with large language models. Brandon and I are not LLM experts and started the project a few months ago because we wanted to understand better how the generation process works. Our original background is probabilistic, relational and symbolic programming. Recently we came up with a fast way to generate text that matches a regex (https://blog.normalcomputing.ai/posts/2023-07-27-regex-guide...). The basic idea is simple: regular expressions have an equivalent Deterministic-Finite Automaton (DFA) representation. We…
