项目旨在通过NFT成立DAO组织，建立两岸文化传媒公司，以TikTok为媒介，进行两岸文化内容双向输出，加深两岸彼此认同，实现两岸思想文化统一。 而拥有OneCHINA NFT意味着加入OneCHINA DAO组织，享受专属权益与福利、拥有组织的社区治理投票权。共同制定项目收益捐款方案及两岸志愿者团队事宜，并分得两岸文化传媒公司的收益。
