What it does
Online Mouse Jiggler is a free webpage for Microsoft Teams in Chrome or Edge. You open Teams for the web, turn on “Keep my current status when I'm active outside of Teams on the web”, start the jiggler in a second window. Your real cursor stays still. It does not work with the Teams desktop app, Safari, Firefox, or a locked computer.

Open Microsoft Teams in Google Chrome browser or Microsoft Edge browser using the official Microsoft URL https://teams.microsoft.com. In another window open the Jiggler here and click the big green button above. Keep the order of the opened windows like described (Teams first, then the Jiggler here) otherwise it will not work. I made OwnTime to balance between competing priorities in my life. The idea is based on two main influences: the concept of "roles" from "The 5 Choices" (2015), and my repeated failure to effectively implement time blocking due to the necessary flexibility in my role.
