What it does
Your AI helped you ship — turn that run into a reusable pack. 3 Claude skills cover the full flow: pack-author records prompts, decisions, outcomes; pack-pii-check scrubs client identity for safe sharing; pack-use replays the pack on a new situation. 5 packs live. Open-source MIT.
Achieved a result with your AI agent? Save, reuse, share the experience. An exp captures every prompt, the AI

Next time it hits a similar task, it picks the matching exp and follows the trajectory that led to the result. Your agent stops reasoning from scratch. Sx – an open-source package manager for AI skills, MCPs, and commandsMay 2026 · github.com · ▲50Claude Code is amazing for individuals but terrible for teams. I spent the last six months building my perfect mix of MCP servers, subagents, commands and skills. Claude Code writes 100% of the code now, but sharing this with my team? Painful. 1. Blog posts and workshops don't work (and don't scale) 2. Committing tools to N repos means N PRs. A tool changes? N more PRs. 3. Same tools, different files or folders for each AI assistant; not everyone uses Claude Code It is like 1999 all over again; FTPing files up to prod and versioning with ".bak" suffixes. So I built sx. It is your team's…

Parallel agents, diff reviewer, and multi-model comparisons

Hey HN, Henry here from Cactus. We open-sourced Needle, a 26M parameter function-calling (tool use) model. It runs at 6000 tok/s prefill and 1200 tok/s decode on consumer devices. We were always frustrated by the little effort made towards building agentic models that run on budget phones, so we conducted investigations that led to an observation: agentic experiences are built upon tool calling, and massive models are overkill for it. Tool calling is fundamentally retrieval-and-assembly (match query to tool name, extract argument values, emit JSON), not reasoning. Cross-attention…
