What it does

Self-hosted CI without the CI platform. Small on purpose: one Go binary, one SQLite file, one Check Run per commit. Every commit gets a native GitHub Check Run from a GitHub App you own. You register the App, bind repos in a web UI, and the worker runs on a server you already have. UI, API, webhooks, and the job runner live in one process. Source, builds, secrets, and logs stay on your infrastructure. The pipeline file is `.ci.yml`, not Actions YAML. License: Apache-2.0.

Every commit gets a native GitHub Check Run, written by a GitHub App you own. There is no workflow engine and no runner fleet to operate: one Go binary and one SQLite file on a server you already run. Both approaches put a Check Run on the same private repository. The difference is how much orchestration you need. Workflow YAML, hosted or self-hosted actions/runner , matrices and caches if you need them. This is the right answer when you want that orchestration layer. One binary, SQLite, a GitHub App you register, and .ci.yml . Logs stay on your disk.
