OpsDock

Deploy, debug, and monitor production from one desktop

OpsDock launched on May 25, 2026 with 2 votes, #6,288 of 20,538 launches that month.

What it does

OpsDock brings the day-to-day operations work of a small dev team into one desktop workspace: Git-connected projects, SSH/VPS hosts, Docker and Compose deploy workflows, live logs, SSL certificate checks, health signals, pricing, and roadmap context. It is built for solo developers and small teams who ship to real servers but do not want to live across terminals, host dashboards, CI screens, and scattered runbooks.

OpsDock helps developers deploy, debug, and keep apps delivered across VPS, Docker, and Git-connected production workflows.

Deploy, debug, and keep production delivered from one desktop operations cockpit — connect Git, ship to your VPS, Docker host, or Vercel-style platform, and watch everything without juggling six dashboards. Git, hosts, deploys, and live logs surface together — so you spend your time shipping, not sweeping tabs. From a git push to a green deploy on your VPS or Docker host — OpsDock orchestrates the build, the rollout, and the smoke test in one calm flow. Live logs, expiring certs, host load and deploy drift — surfaced in a single timeline so the small signals never have to become outages. Connect your repositories, deploy to the environments you actually use, monitor what's running, and…from opsdock.io

docker-compose is great for single node docker deployments, but it doesn't have a feature that would allow zero downtime deployments. It's not possible to deploy often if your app goes down every time, and using Kubernetes/Nomad/Swarm on a single node is an overkill. I created this Docker plugin to be a drop-in replacement for the restart command in usual docker-compose deployment scripts. It performs a simple rolling deployment of a single service.

Hi HN, I’m a fullstack developer, and honestly, I’ve lost count of how many side projects I’ve worked on over the years. But one idea kept coming back to me: a different kind of email client. It first came to me in 2014: “What if we could handle emails more like conversations?” Every year, I’d revisit this concept in my “Build Notes.” Ten years later, no one had built exactly what I had in mind — so I finally decided to do it myself. That’s how Talanoa was born. I wanted something focused on people, not timelines. I was tired of marking messages as unread just to remember to reply later, or…

  • Hey HN, Henry here from Cactus. We open-sourced Needle, a 26M parameter function-calling (tool use) model. It runs at 6000 tok/s prefill and 1200 tok/s decode on consumer devices. We were always frustrated by the little effort made towards building agentic models that run on budget phones, so we conducted investigations that led to an observation: agentic experiences are built upon tool calling, and massive models are overkill for it. Tool calling is fundamentally retrieval-and-assembly (match query to tool name, extract argument values, emit JSON), not reasoning. Cross-attention…
