What it does

While browsing a deal site ( https://goo.gl/eKqs4R ), a title captured my attention which says - "10K Visitors/Day for 90 Days for just $79.99" I clicked the link and noticed that there is actually a site called organicvisit.com which provides or at least claim to provide real traffic. But how? Is it indeed possible? Is it legal?
