Our team works on many projects at once, and shifting priorities on one project affects the progress of another. Before Sandglaz, we tried many task list apps, but none had any sense of planning. We tried Gantt chart tools, but they assume fixed plans and fixed assignments. We even gave up on technology and approximated what Sandglaz does today... on a whiteboard.
