What it does
Ownvox brings voice to every app on Mac and Windows. Press a shortcut, speak, and the text appears right at your cursor: ChatGPT, Mail, Slack, your editor, anywhere. No window hopping, no copy and paste. It's three tools in one: dictation, voice prompts to AI, and AI Skills that rewrite selected text in place. Transcription runs locally (Parakeet, Whisper), so your voice stays on your device. One toggle for offline or EU cloud. Privacy-first and GDPR compliant.
