At the start of a session, the host welcomes everyone and asks each person “what are you working on?” You say your goals out loud (or type it into chat) — usually a sentence or two. Then a timer starts and everyone works quietly alongside each other. When the timer ends, the host brings everyone back and asks each person, “how did it go?” You share your progress and tell each other good job for showing up. 30 minutes to 3 hours. It's been a long slow hog and I almost gave up a few times (more than a few) but when covid hit this year it gave me some time to really focus on my product. There were stupid user journey things that I knew needed fixed. There were some features I knew needed added. And I knew the pricing was wrong. I spent some hardcore time working on these things back in March / April and since then my MRR has continued to grow.
