What it does

PARCELA is the fastest way to explore Spain's cadastral database. Search 7,700+ municipalities with advanced filters — surface area, year of construction, use type (residential, industrial, commercial, agricultural), urban or rural. Every result geolocated on an interactive map, exportable to CSV. Official INSPIRE data, no intermediaries. Built for real estate investors, architects, surveyors, and anyone who needs to move fast with real property data.
