What it does
If you run a Shopify store with international shipping, you probably deal with too many “Where is my order?” questions. ParcelPing doesn’t just send tracking updates. It helps you handle delivery-related support from one place. Customers get clear tracking and delay updates in English, Korean, and Japanese. When questions still come in, they’re collected and managed in one simple support flow. We’re currently onboarding a small number of beta stores.
