What it does

Most ALPR APIs were trained on US/EU plates and choke on anything Indian - they can't read Devanagari, miss BH-series formats, and return garbage on Hindi numerals. Parkese ALPR reads English, Hindi, and Marathi plates natively, auto-detects the script, and parses every plate into state + RTO district + series + number - validated against MoRTH rules.
