My phone buzzes 100 times a day. Too often the notifications I get – whether they’re from work, the news, or social media – are just a distraction from the moment. When I get a notification from Pearl it reminds me to be *in* the moment. Some of my pearls are just about being present. Other pearls are about gratitude or social connection.
