PeerPause

What it does

PeerPause is an iPhone screen time app that blocks distracting apps. Instead of relying on pure willpower to fight phone addiction, PeerPause helps you stay accountable with a Time Buddy. Invite a friend to be your Time Buddy. Set limits on the apps that waste your time, and once you hit those limits, the only way to keep using the app is to ask your Time Buddy for more time. They can approve or deny your request.
