What it does
PeoplePilot is an AI-powered People Analytics platform designed to help businesses unlock deeper insights into their workforce. Our platform automates HR analytics from raw data to ready insights, giving HR leaders power to make data-driven decisions quickly.
PeoplePilot unifies People Analytics, Engagement Surveys, Learning & ATS in one AI platform. Turn HR data into decisions — no SQL, no spreadsheets, no waiting.
Run Employee Surveys , deliver Learning , and unlock People Analytics — all from PeoplePilot. Legacy HR stacks tell you what happened last quarter. 21st.dev▲1,211I originally built this app to organize and reuse interesting React + Tailwind components I came across on Twitter, inspired by the shadcn/ui approach.
