photor.ai

30 days ago, I was just a backend dev writing CRUD APIs. Then AI came along — and suddenly, it felt like my skills might be obsolete. The past two years have been a whirlwind. AI models now create images, videos, and even code faster than humans. I felt both amazed… and scared. If AI could do my job, what would be left for me? Instead of waiting for the wave to wash over me, I decided to build something of my own. Video tools were too costly, so I started with images — the foundation of video — and began working on photor.ai, an AI-powered image generation and editing tool. No design skills.…

What it does

Transform your creative vision with AI image generator and photo editor. Generate stunning images from text and edit photos quickly with photo.ai

AI Photo Editor online for product, fashion, portrait, and marketing images. Preserve details, combine references, and change backgrounds or poses.

Use an AI photo editor built for commercial images. Combine product, model, and scene references while changing backgrounds, poses, outfits, and formats. Photor combines an AI photo editor and AI image editor with reference-based control. Preserve products and identities, then change only the parts you ask to edit. Preserve color, silhouette, fabric texture, buttons, prints, and logos while generating new model or scene images. Preserve the same face, proportions, hairstyle, and expression when creating new poses, crops, and campaign variations. Adjust the background, object, text, or composition while keeping everything else intact. Upload one product photo and create model variations…from photor.ai

  • I built the world's most impractical 1000-pixel display and anyone in the world can draw on it. It draws a single pixel at a time and takes 30-60 minutes to complete a single image. Anyone can participate in the project by voting for the next image to be drawn, and submitting images. https://kilopx.com/

  • Kitten TTS is an open-source series of tiny and expressive text-to-speech models for on-device applications. We are excited to launch a preview of our smallest model, which is less than 25 MB. This model has 15M parameters. This release supports English text-to-speech applications in eight voices: four male and four female. The model is quantized to int8 + fp16, and it uses onnx for runtime. The model is designed to run literally anywhere eg. raspberry pi, low-end smartphones, wearables, browsers etc. No GPU required! We're releasing this to give early users a sense of the latency and voices…

  • I was wondering how I can arrange objects along a spherical helix path, and read some articles on it. I ended up learning about parametric equations again, and make this visualization to document what I learned: https://visualrambling.space/moving-objects-in-3d/ feel free to visit and let me know what you think!

Colours are simulated on-demand using atmospheric absorption and scattering coefficients. Updates every minute, without the use of client-side JavaScript.
