PhotoSignal - Photography Weather Alerts
Weather, tide, moon, sky alerts for landscape photography
What it does
PhotoSignal helps photographers monitor saved locations for promising weather, tide, moon, and sky conditions, and get notifications for them. Instead of checking multiple weather apps, tide charts, and moon calendars, users can define combinations of signals to track. Alert rules can include simple forecast conditions (high clouds > X%, wave height > Y m) or photography-focused smart checks for patterns (fog, frost, moonrise, rain clearing). The app also includes spatial cloud analysis.
Create custom photography weather alerts for saved locations. Track fog, rain clearing, tides, moonrise, clouds, and sky conditions for landscape and seascape photography.
Get notified when fog, rain clearing, tides, moonrise, high clouds, or sky conditions may line up for landscape and seascape photography. Save the places you care about, choose built-in photography checks or custom alert rules, and let PhotoSignal watch the forecast for useful windows. Example notifications explain what matched, when to watch, and what may work against the window. Low wind, high humidity, small dew point spread, and sunrise timing. Recent rain easing, dry window opening, and useful light timing. A forecast point can say "cloudy" and still miss the thing photographers care about: where the light can get through. PhotoSignal combines local forecast values with timing and sky…from photosignal.app

Today, I’m proud to announce Homebrew 6.0.0. The most significant changes since 5.1.0 are a new tap trust security mechanism, the new faster, smaller, default internal Homebrew JSON API, sandboxing on Linux, better defaults informed by our user survey, many brew bundle improvements, improved performance and initial support for macOS 27 (Golden Gate). Happy to discuss any questions here!
