PitchLog
Master your intonation with real pitch data
What it does
Most tuners only tell you if you’re sharp or flat — for that moment. PitchLog goes further. It continuously analyzes your playing, logs pitch deviations, and reveals which notes tend to drift off center. Over time, you’ll see real data about your intonation accuracy. 🎷 Perfect for brass, woodwind, string players, and singers 📈 Tracks note-by-note pitch deviation history 🎧 Works in real time during practice 📅 Helps you spot tendency to play sharp/flat 🔔 We’d love your feedback!

We're happy to present Veena Chromatic Tuner, an app we've developed for musicians, instrument makers, and ethnomusicologists who need more than just a standard chromatic tuner. Our goal was to create a tool that not only supports pitch detection but also provides deep support for diverse musical intonation systems and offers intuitive visual feedback. The Problem We're Solving: Many tuners are good for Equal Temperament, but has limited support when it comes to the Just Intonation, microtonal music, or the specific requirements of instruments like the Veena where fret positions are…

This has been a pet project of mine for the past ~5 months. It consists of six visualizations: - Spectrogram: Implements the reassignment method for sharper time and frequency resolution. - Spectrum analyzer: A-weighted, frequency guidelines, loudest frequency tooltip. - Waveform: Colored based on frequency, loudness, or static - Oscilloscope: Tracks pitch and autocorrelates against a reference signal, provides stability. Also includes a regular zero-crossing trigger. - Stereometer & Phase meter: Linear and exponential scaling modes, adjustable windows. Multi-band correlation meter. -…
- IMI made a tool for learning scales, chords, and how to combine themMay 2026 · projects.alesh.com · ▲36
This started out when I vibe-coded a guitar scale fingering generator. It came out pretty good, and I started adding stuff to it: chords, then how chords and scales interact. Then I added charts for other instruments I mess around with: piano, cello, alto recorder. There's a complexity toggle to go from basic harmony to extended/experimental stuff. It's honestly still mostly a toy, but I thought other people might be interested in playing with it. Source is on github, so it's easy enough to run locally and fork. https://github.com/aleshh/gtr-scales
