PostureGuard

What it does

PostureGuard monitors your posture in real time using your webcam, but everything stays on your machine. No accounts, no recordings, no cloud processing, just a short calibration, silent background monitoring, and native OS notifications when you start slouching. Built with Python + MediaPipe and fully open source.
