Practice Stoic・Mental Fitness
Timeless mental fitness practices for uncertain times
What it does
In uncertain times, philosophy should be practical. I built Practice Stoic to turn Stoicism into mental fitness — not just quotes. The app offers short dialog-based reflections and interactive exercises grounded in the timeless practices of Stoicism. It’s not an AI chatbot: every session is carefully written and structured to guide you through deliberate mental training designed to strengthen clarity, calm, resilience, and a deeper sense of control. Stoicism was meant to be practiced.
