What it does

This slack scheduler is here to help you keep an active status online as well as monitor your presence activity. We set your presence to "auto" every 15 minutes, which means that it will help you appear "active" even when your not at your computer working.

Slack Presence keeps you active on slack even if you are away from your computer. Keep the green dot next to your name at all times - sign up and use it for free!

I really love slack presence! I decided to give it a try because our company really values the appearance of being online but I often don't get my best work done when I am plugged in or online. This app helps me keep some peace of mind and get the work done in the hours and in the way that works best for me. Genius app! Slack is never going to change their policy. I started using a Surface as a second screen, next to my main monitor and I find myself "away" at random times even though I am working and I have slack open on both computers. This is perfect. For me this is $24 bucks well spent. Check out this thread, its a good example of slacks restrictive policy.…from presencescheduler.com
