Privsen is a privacy-first toolkit where encryption happens in your browser before anything touches our servers. We literally cannot see your uploads. Share encrypted files up to 15GB, send self-destructing secrets, create anonymous polls, or launch encrypted chat rooms - all without creating an account. The decryption key lives in the URL fragment and never hits our servers. Built for people tired of "trusting" cloud services with their data. Free for most use cases. No email required.

Creator here. I was looking for something as simple as Backblaze Personal [1] but privacy focused and open source. This is my attempt to build that. Uses PyQt6 [2] for the GUI and Pyinstaller [3] for creating the platform specific binaries. The backup engine under the hood is Restic [4]. The server code is written in Laravel [5].
