What it does

Built to make following health protocols easier. you can have multiple protocols, adapt some of the ones included, or create your own from scratch. You can also track your markers, blood pressure, symptoms and heart rate are included, but it's flexible enough to create anything you want. The app will work out which of your protocols improve your markers, and give you correlations. See exactly which steps work for you, rather than relying on statistics. Data is completely offline and private.
