Hey Product Hunt 👋 Pulsarpay is a pre-funded payment layer for APIs and services. Users load their balance once, authorize services via API key, and every request is charged and settled in real time, on Solana USDC. For providers: integrate once, charge per request, withdraw on demand. No subscriptions, no failed payments. For users: fund once, pay only for what you use. Live and stable.
