What it does
Everything runs client-side: your text, URL, and any logo image are encoded directly in the browser and never touch a server — nothing uploaded, logged, or stored. Add a logo and error correction automatically jumps to level H so the code still scans with the center covered. No accounts, no email gate, no ads. A QR (Quick Response) code is a two-dimensional barcode that packs text, a URL, or other data into a grid of black and white squares. Unlike a traditional barcode, which only reads left to right, a camera can scan a QR code from any angle and pull out the encoded information almost instantly. I made OwnTime to balance between competing priorities in my life. The idea is based on two main influences: the concept of "roles" from "The 5 Choices" (2015), and my repeated failure to effectively implement time blocking due to the necessary flexibility in my role.
