Hi HN! I've been working on a new way to build electronics/PCBs with Typescript/React, I'd love to know what you think!! I've wanted to program circuits for a long time- I started experimenting with the concept of creating circuits in React almost 8 years ago and have spent many weekends since to prove the concept. Over the past 2 months, I've decided to start working on tscircuit full-time.
React for Circuits launched on April 26, 2024 with 197 votes, #240 of 4,347 launches that month and more than 95% of that year's launches. The site was still online in September 2026, 2 years on.

I made this because building UIs in a lexical medium like code is super annoying. I have to pre-render what I’m making in my head, and then jump between the browser and IDE to test. I was inspired by the developer console in chrome and safari since I end up editing css there because it’s ironically more convenient. Hope it’s useful!
