React Tiny Grid is a grid system for React that just works out-of-the-box. It also supports advanced configuration, like custom breakpoints, gutter widths and column offsets.
A dead-simple grid system that works out-of-the-box, with advanced configuration options.
A grid system for React built to simplify the quirks of Flexbox. React Tiny Grid works out of the box, so all you have to do is wrap a Column component with a Row component. The magic just happens! You can customize the spacing between each column using the spacing prop. For example: spacing= {[x, y]} To limit how many columns are displayed in a single row, pass in a maxColumnCount prop with a value from 1-12. You can define custom column widths via the widths props, which accepts an array. You can set up to three breakpoints to create a unique layout for each screen size. You can offset each column a unique amount for each breakpoint. Simply pass in an array to the offsets prop that has…from react-tiny-grid.netlify.app

You tap icons to create a wireframe, or do some visual brainstorming. Then export the image to share on Slack, Gitlab, etc. I wanted to work on neural net that interprets an imported image of a wireframe, to then manipulate it inside an app. Figured it would be best to first build the wireframing app. So I created TinyUX. It's released as quickly as possible this influenced some choices: - While created in React Native, it's Android only. - It's paid only (~$5). While freemium might make more sense, this was quicker to release, since in-app-purchases in RN is not trivial. First app I created…

Hi HN, I got to work yesterday and today and came up with a very simple way to create and manage state in TinyJS. I end up creating a simple App to illustrate how to use the new createState function and custom components in a React like manner. Here's the code for it - https://github.com/victorqribeiro/tinyapp Here's the PR for the createState function - https://github.com/victorqribeiro/TinyJS/pull/9

Talanoa▲343Hi HN, I’m a fullstack developer, and honestly, I’ve lost count of how many side projects I’ve worked on over the years. But one idea kept coming back to me: a different kind of email client. It first came to me in 2014: “What if we could handle emails more like conversations?” Every year, I’d revisit this concept in my “Build Notes.” Ten years later, no one had built exactly what I had in mind — so I finally decided to do it myself. That’s how Talanoa was born. I wanted something focused on people, not timelines. I was tired of marking messages as unread just to remember to reply later, or…
