Job applications are broken. Thousands apply, but most candidates are never seen. Referrals work — but today they’re random, transactional, and hard to access. Referi is building a trust-based referral network where professionals connect through context, not cold outreach. Get referred by real people, not luck. Early access is rolling out gradually based on waitlist position and company to maintain quality and liquidity.
