ReFind
Stop saving links you'll never read — let the AI read them
What it does
847 saved links. 12 actually read. That was me. And if you've ever opened your bookmarks and felt guilty about what's in there — that was probably you too. ReFind fixes the bookmark graveyard with one right-click. What ReFind does: → AI summaries for 10+ platforms → Reads full YouTube transcripts for accurate video summaries → Auto-categorizes by topic (AI, Finance, Health, Tech, Business, etc.) → Smart search across your entire saved library → Works with one right-click — 30-second setup

Hi HN, I have about 2000+ bookmarks that I will never read. Probably you do too. I keep collecting new stuff to read, the list grows longer each day, but I barely get around to reading them, and the problem, as I realised, is more to do with the analysis paralysis on what to read. Sort of like how we spend so much time figuring out what movie to watch on Netflix. So I made a simple Chrome extension: it picks one bookmark at random, drops you on the page, and gives you two buttons on a floating toolbar - Stumble (next random one) or Done (mark read and move to the next random one). That's it.…

- H6Homebrew 6.0.0▲1,481
Today, I’m proud to announce Homebrew 6.0.0. The most significant changes since 5.1.0 are a new tap trust security mechanism, the new faster, smaller, default internal Homebrew JSON API, sandboxing on Linux, better defaults informed by our user survey, many brew bundle improvements, improved performance and initial support for macOS 27 (Golden Gate). Happy to discuss any questions here!
