What it does
House hunting, I kept finding listings that sat for months with no obvious reason. Pulling permit records manually, I found a pattern: open violations, expired permits, abandoned construction, but none of it in the listing. RELookup shows building permits and code violations for any US address. 302 cities covered, ~40% of US population. No account required. The public record lookup that should exist but doesn't.

For the past few months, I've been working on a website that answers two different questions: - Where in my city have the best travel times to all the things and people I care about? - Given a listing, how far is it from all the things and people I care about?
