Revelatte.com – Validate my MVP
Hello! A month ago I had an idea and went to reddit to validate it. I had positive feedback so I decided to go for it. Today I deployed my first MVP: REVELATTE.COM Revelatte lets you create a rich message (Text, Images, Videos and Links) and set a revelation date. A link is generated and you can share it around the internet. The message is displayed only after the date set has passed, otherwise it will show a countdown. Pitch: "A revelation is te best way to tell people you are expecting a new family member, getting out of the closet or revealing stuff people don't know about you. How about…
What it does
In the maker’s words, at launch
How about the secret location of your next underground rave? Revelatte helps business owners to reveal new products, special offers and keep their customers thrilled with new features." The site is under development and will look better as soon as I finish coding the main functionalities. I'm trying to re-validate the idea now that the MVP is up and running. If it has traction, I'll develop more features and post it in Product Hunt. What do you guys think? Go ahead, try it and send me some feedback in this post or via mail: revelatte [at] gmail. Thanks!

Hi HN! I made a really quick web app to help people validate their ideas. The app is a simple landing page builder, but every page includes a really simple Yes/No "Are You Interested?" poll. Every vote is recorded and tracked, and if they click yes they are brought to a page where they can submit an email. This makes validating ideas super easy because you can post your link to different communities and get statistically significant results as well as build an email list. Given an hour, you could easily create 50 different landing pages and be able to validate your ideas in bulk. The…
- SLStreak.ly tracks what you do daily and I'd love feedback on the concept2010 · ▲54
I've been working on a side project called Streak.ly with a friend of mine for the past month or so; it's intended to help keep you motivated to do otherwise mundane daily tasks (like do 10 pushups, read for an hour, etc.) by letting you log "streaks" — consecutive days in a row of doing something. It's in private alpha/beta/gamma/whatever right now (has some rough edges to clean up), but is more or less functionally complete and pretty stable. I'm a big fan of the Seinfeld calendar, and have seen other services which do similar things but were unsatisfying to use, either from an aesthetic…

Link: www.rise.ly Hey guys, We just finished building our site, and would be very grateful if some of you guys could test it out. Basically, Risely is curation platform that filters the noise from your social stream and only shows you stories on topics you care about. You just need to connect your social networks and select your topics. Trending stories get bigger as they get more popular. We are in private beta right now, but I have made arrangements and you will receive an invite 5 or 10 minutes after you signup. Thanks

Hey HN! This is my first iOS app. I built it because I was curious about SwiftUI and wanted to learn by doing. Since Lent is around the corner, I thought I'd share it with you. It has also been hunted on PH today: https://www.producthunt.com/posts/ascent I relied heavily on ChatGPT to build it, and honestly it was quite frustrating at times. The best part of building the app was to do it in public, as I shared regular updates on X and ended up having amazing conversations.

I've been working on an app in my spare time for about the past 6 months in between my day job and taking care of my 10 month old daughter. I'm launching a beta today and would love to get the communities feedback. It's called Pagify and it's an app that allows you to build custom Facebook tabs using their new iframe method. I'm quite proud of the fact that I actually got this out the door. This past year my life has been quite hectic. Let me know your thoughts and give me a "Like" if so inclined :). Thanks View the app at http://pagifyapp.com Skip the Marketing stuff and go straight to the…

Hi HN, I built Eigendrum, a web tool that solves the 2D wave equation for arbitrary shapes so you can hear what they sound like as drums. How it works: * Solves -∇²u = λu using finite element analysis (Kφ = λMφ) on a triangle mesh. * Validated to <0.1% error against closed-form solutions for circles (Bessel zeros) and rectangles. * Sound model factors in strike location, Rayleigh damping, and mallet width. * Includes Kac drums I & II to demonstrate identical sound spectra from different geometries. * No frameworks, build steps, or dependencies. Repo and tests:…
