What it does
Review Ready stands out by turning scattered evidence into a usable performance review draft in one sitting. It is not an HR system or a generic AI writer. It guides users through reflection, checks the strength of their evidence, and produces editable review-ready content they can actually bring to their manager.
Turn emails, notes, and scattered work into a structured performance review summary in under an hour. Built for individuals preparing for annual, mid-year, and promotion reviews.
