ReviewFlow
The performance review tool that thinks like your HR team
ReviewFlow launched on May 26, 2026 with 1 votes.
What it does
Most managers write performance reviews the night before submission. No structure. No validation. No protection. ReviewRight fixes that. A structured 4-step process that generates reviews that are fair, evidenced, and ready to submit. Built by an HR practitioner. Features cross-cycle memory, contextual sensitivity for bereavement and mental health, and a private manager checklist that flags risks before submission. Free to try. No credit card required.
A precision-focused performance review generator that helps managers deliver objective, behavioural, and calibrated feedback in minutes.
